THE FISH HOUSE
After the success of the first collaboration with Hellenika, Shannon worked with owner Simon Gloftis on the hugely successful The Fish House Restaurant in Burleigh Heads. For this project, Shannon produced several realistic fish paintings to adorn the walls.
